Gunter Wilhelm Outlet 30-DAY Return Policy

Gunter Wilhelm, Inc. offers refunds for products ordered on this Web site, provided that the following return procedure is adhered to:

  1. The merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition and placed inside the original GW box.
  2. The merchandise must be returned and received by Gunter Wilhelm, Inc. within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns should be shipped to the following Return Shipping Address: 2 Kinderkamack Rd. Unit 356 HACKENSACK NJ 07601
  3. Please include a copy of the order number and mark the returned item(s) on the order/invoice form. Ensure that the items are securely shipped in their original package and packed appropriately in a shipping box with suitable materials to preserve the integrity of the items, the retail package, and the safety of the carrier and our team members. Note: Do not ship sharp items in envelopes.

If Gunter Wilhelm made an error and shipped the wrong item, a return label will be provided. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

All QUEST CUTLERY knives (made by Günter Wilhelm® and identical to GW Executive Chef Series Black Pakkawood) are on liquidation and considered final sale, non-refundable, non-returnable, and without warranty.

Refund Processing Time

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of your return. In most cases, refunds are processed even more quickly. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once received (2 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request. Once the refund is successfully processed, you will see a credit on your Credit Card or PayPal statement.

This return policy applies only to items purchased on GunterWilhelm.com or Gunter Wilhelm Showroom Returns will not be accepted for products purchased on third-party websites or retailers.

Exchanging An Item

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, follow these steps:

  1. Return the original item as described above.
  2. Place a new order for the item(s) you want to purchase.
  3. Once we receive the original item, you will be refunded the original item(s) purchase price. There is no need to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
