I ordered the bread knife and the cheese knife in the reddish color to complete my set I bought a few years ago. The quality of these knives is superb! The service was fast! I bought an entire set of Wilhelm knives, including the steak knives at a Costco road show sale. The are extremely well made triple tanged knives that are well balanced for easy handling. Also, they are truly beautiful to look at too. They hone easily and keep a nice sharp edge. I wanted a second chef’s knife for our camper, and this one was on sale, so I bought it with the confidence of knowing that I bought a great knife that will last a lifetime.
