This tool will keep you sharper than a tack!
This is a great steel. It works fantastic to sharpen knives.
Nice tool
I use to cut meat for the Chart House Restaurants, so I really appreciate the value of good knives. Key to a good quality knife is the steal quality and how easy it is to keep a good sharp edge. There is nothing more dangerous than a dull knife and most accidents are because the knife will not cut easily and the resulting force you have to use to get the knife to cut forces accidents where pressure exceeds cutting ability because the knife is dull. These knives are extremely easy to keep sharp and using the diamond sharpener is the key. Use it before every use, just a couple of swipes will help keep the edge last for ever.
