BRUCE J. I bought 3 of these forks this year for my sons, after buying 1 for myself last year. They are perfect for the job. You can stab and lift the rib roast or large turkey with it if you need to. Great just for holding it in place while slicing. Of course they went with the large slicer. Best fork out there.
