Use & Care
- Avoid cutting on hard surfaces such as stone, metal, or glass.
- Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinse and dry immediately.
- Maintain the knife's cutting edge by regularly using a honing steel.
- Sharpen as needed; with regular use and honing, sharpening may only be necessary once or twice a year.

Love my new boning knife
Im very happy with this knife. I use it to trim my BBQ meats. Cuts are clean and easy! Great for chicken filets and fish too!! I bought a set of knives last year and loved them all! This purchase was a gift for my sons birthday. Works great as a gift if youre stuck on what to get someone.
