10" Flex Boning Knife, Great!

I bought a GW fillet knife at Costco a while back and I've always been impressed by the sharpness and the balance. It just feels great in your hand. I've been using a 20 year old Cutco 10 inch and this is so much better. A good knife is essential for a cook and this is a good one at at a nice price. Highly recommended.

Boning Knife

I ordered a 10 fillet knife first and was so pleased I ordered this 6 boning knife. The edge was incredible I used it to debone a ham and it was a pleasure to use. This is my second knife and I love both of them. Dont hesitate to purchase one, you wont be disappointed.
