The best knives i have ever used
Love the knives are ice hardened.
Great purchase.
I have nothing bad to say about any of the 5 knives I have purchased. They are the best knives I have ever used, the best company I have ever worked with and the best web sight, very user-friendly!!
Good knife, second one I have gotten
Very nice
Bought for my daughter. She hasn't tried it yet, but I have the steak knives and love them.
Very good quality, great size for smaller hands, easy to use and razor sharp.
Being a big believer and user of Gunter Wilhelm knives, I wanted a non-serrated 5" utility knife from GW. They were completely sold out except for the Quest model.
I purchased one and have been thrilled to have it.
It has the same look, feel, construction of the more expensive GW knives in every way. I suspect the steel is a lesser quality than GW brands, but since it "steel" my knives regularly before each use, I have not noticed any difference.
These are such great knives I purchased the 3.5" paring knife from Quest and find it to be absolutely a joy to use every day.
I love them, perfect for my kitchen
